Any word on date and location for the August meeting (and single-hop showdown)?

The August Meeting will happen on August 28 in Greenville. Directions and instructions will be posted the week prior to the meeting.

The August meeting will feature:
*Single Hop Challenge
*Swimming Pool
*BYO for the grill

I'm traveling out of town during the first half of the month and assumed I'd miss the August meeting. Sooo- I brought a single hop to the last meeting- would it still be eligible for the showdown? Just wonderin...

There will be a one corney of Belgiun Pilsner and the pool will be available for anyone wanting to stay cool!! Hamburgers and hotddogs will also be supplied. Starts at 2PM, but I will be pool side well before then, so feel free to show up early and join me. I am looking forward to seeing all of you! Very Happy

Do you mean next Saturday? I thought the meeting was scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 28.

The meeting is THIS Saturday! August 21st! ....and they are condos...paid for apartments! I don't recommend! ...biut that's a whole nother story!

David and I talked earlier this afternoon. He is able to host us next Saturday, August 28. So we are back to the 28th now.

Get those single hop beers ready.

Excellent news! I was confused there for a bit...

And just for clarification, is the single hop challenge a single TYPE of hop? or a single hop cone? Wink
