Just Signed Up

Hi All. My name is Mike and I live in Easley. I moved down here from the Boston area about 3 1/2 years ago. I used to home brew for about 10 years when I lived there, but unfortunately, when I moved, I could not take the brewing equipment with me, so I gave it to a friend to get him started.

I have recently decided to get back into brewing and found out about your group on the Thomas Creek Website. I thought I would sign up on the forums and hopefully get involved. I have only brewed with extracts to this point but am hoping to start using grains soon once I build up an appropriate set up. In addition to beer, I enjoy pipes and cigars. I am also a home coffee roaster.

I look forward to sharing some knowledge and hopefully meeting a few of you in the months to come.
