I'm going to Charleston this weekend and I will probably on Saturday, go to this, http://www.charlestonbrewvival.com/

Any advice on what kind of questions to ask, also I haven't been to one of our meetings so is there any things off limits or inappropriate when asking someone about their beer making, such as what they put in it?
Anything any of you would want to know, all this assuming I dish out the $50 for the tickets, it is unlimited beer...
